Nine awards, decided solely by real customer reviews from Google and Trustpilot. No jury, no entry, no fee.

What the award is for

The Peer Score condenses a provider's public Google and Trustpilot reviews into a value from 1 to 10, weighted by the number of reviews. It measures what customers say, not how good the service is by objective metrics. That is why the award says “best-rated” and not “best service”. The full methodology and its sources are on the Peer Score page, the computed values are open as a JSON file.

Mobile and internet are ranked separately, because they are separate markets with different providers. For internet, only providers with a wired connection count: fibre, cable or copper. A 5G wireless connection is a different product and is not ranked against a fibre line.

The rules

The selection follows the number alone. There is no jury, no entry, and no way to influence an award.
The award costs nothing and is tied to nothing. Whether a provider embeds the badge or links back changes neither its rank, nor its order, nor its rating on handyabo.com.
Every provider with a Peer Score gets a badge, regardless of the result. The award is only the excerpt for the top-placed ones.
A link is not a condition, neither in this edition nor in a future one. The embed code contains one because an award without proof is worthless. Anyone using the badge without a link may do so.
An edition is a snapshot date. The survey runs twice a year, the next one in January 2027. The 2026 badge keeps its number, even if the score changes afterwards.
