On the network side there is no difference, both use Swisscom infrastructure. Wingo is purely online, belongs directly to Swisscom and throws in the eSIM for free. Coop Mobile scores with sign-up in the Coop environment and the option to settle the bill with Superpunkte, but charges an activation fee.
