Coop Mobile brings the Swisscom network including 5G at a discount price, with a twist: the promo price applies for life, as long as you keep the plan. So it does not expire after 12 or 24 months like with many providers. Still, compare honestly: the regular base prices are high (Start costs CHF 24.90 at the standard rate), the value of the offer hangs entirely on the promo price at sign-up. On top comes a one-off activation fee of CHF 49.
For light to normal users focused on Switzerland who catch a running promo, and for Supercard collectors: the monthly bill can be paid fully or partly with Superpoints. EU roaming is not included but an option at CHF 10 per month. On Europe Plus a hard 6 GB cap applies, after which roaming is blocked. Cross-border commuters and frequent travellers are better served by Migros Mobile Swiss Travel or Digital Republic.
