Three plans, no promos, monthly contract: Galaxus Mobile is probably the simplest mobile offer in Switzerland. CH unlimited for CHF 19 with 3 GB EU/USA roaming is a strong permanent price on the Sunrise network, International one of the cheapest travel flats with unlimited EU/USA roaming. 5G is included on all plans. There are no teaser prices that flip after twelve months, which makes the comparison refreshingly honest.
For self-service customers who want to manage their plan online and don't need in-store advice. Basic with 3 GB covers light users, CH unlimited the everyday, International travel periods. Management and support run through the Galaxus account. Anyone wanting personal advice in a shop is better served by providers with a branch network.
The offer is young, and the ratings so far are below average: currently 2.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot across a still small number of reviews and 2.6 on Google.
