yallo mixes monthly cancellable plans with 24 month contracts, so check first which term your plan has. On top of that comes yallo's wide gap between the promo price and the regular base price: once the promotion ends, the price often rises considerably.
Two months to the end of any month, at the earliest when the minimum term expires. Contracts without a minimum term follow the same two months.
Only by phone (0840 00 33 77) or via yallo Chat. Under the special provisions, cancellation by letter or email is not valid. Exception: with number porting the new provider submits the cancellation electronically.

You can cancel in your yallo customer account, by phone or in writing. If you want to take your number with you, register that with the new provider, who then handles the cancellation.
